Yes. That’s the point of the model. Clubs can test the workflow first, then add hardware or paid features if it proves valuable.

All match footage is strictly private by default. You have full control over who sees it — choose to keep it within your team, share it with your league or specific users, or post it publicly for everyone to enjoy.

Yes. Each team manager controls their own highlights and content. Club admins can also curate what appears on the main club page. Nothing goes public without someone choosing to share it.

Both. Full match replay is available on paid team plans. Highlights and clips are generated automatically on every plan.

If your team is already on Pitchwise, the app is completely free. You can optionally upgrade to the Player Add-on for a small monthly fee to get your own personal highlights, stats, and profile.

For the full experience, yes — someone at the club needs to record the matches. But you can get the ball rolling by sharing the link with your coach. It’s free for them to start.

Each team subscribes to their own plan (free, Team, or Pro). The club page itself is free. If you’re rolling out across 5+ teams, get in touch — we offer club-wide deals with volume discounts.

One admin sets up the club account with your badge and colours. Then share the invite link with your team managers. Each manager downloads the app, joins the club, and starts recording independently. No training needed.

Each team needs a phone and ideally a Pitchwise mount (or any tripod). Many clubs buy a few mounts and share them across age groups. We offer bulk mount discounts for clubs — just ask.

That’s fine. Teams opt in individually. Start with one or two keen managers and let the content speak for itself — the rest usually follow within a few weeks once they see what’s being produced.

Nothing. The league partnership is completely free. Individual teams can choose to subscribe for premium features, but the league itself pays nothing.

No. Any team that records will contribute content to the league hub. Start with a handful of keen clubs and let it grow naturally.
