No, the app is required to communicate with the Mount and track the game
Yes, but the mount makes it a lot better, no more achy arms and shaky clips.
The Pitchwise Mount has been designed with water resistance in mind and should handle occasional light moisture, such as brief drizzles. However, it has not undergone official waterproof certification, so we recommend avoiding use in wet conditions to prevent potential damage.
Battery life varies depending on how you use the Mount. When used for tracking only (without charging your phone), it can last for up to 10 full 90-minute matches. If you’re also charging your phone from flat to full while recording, expect around 1–2 matches per charge.
Upon release we will only be supporting iPhones. However, we are working hard to support Android phones in the very near future.
